Talisha and Tom’s service was outstanding! We had a slight hiccup at checking and they quickly resolved it. They were so personable and greeted us each time. They even assisted with our luggage while we waited for or transportation at checkout. The hotel itself was clean and organized. Can’t wait to stay again.

I stayed there with my family not too long ago, and we had a great time here. Service was wonderful, and rooms were clean and great! The rooms were a little small but we still made it work, no complaints. The valet service was also best of the best. they are all very friendly, and welcoming. Our valet driver Ashton was very nice and sweet. The food was also very good, along with the room service. If we ever come to Richmond again, we're definitely staying here!

We arrived during a severe heat wave July 2026 and the hotel was really struggling in the common areas to stay cool. We were very grateful that our rooms were super clean & comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing. I really felt for the staff especially the guys working in valet. JJ & Jason were very pleasant. James in guest services help with an issue we had with the TV in our room . Zee in the cafe gave us a pep in our step to start our day. Would definitely stay there again.
